Pray for an end to the civil war which has ravaged the land of Sudan for many years and killed thousands.

Pray for the influx of refugees from Eritrea and Ethiopia due to the current border war.  

Pray that this year's rainy season would bring plenty of rain to the fields of the north. 

Pray that as workers travel throughout the country, that God would speak through them into the hearts of the Sudanese.

Pray that God will open the hearts of Sudanese government officials so that workers can more easily enter the country.

Please Pray that God would call people to work in this dry land, and that those people would be willing to respond.

Pray against the stronghold of Islam, which has a firm grip on the country of Sudan and many of its citizens.

Ask the Lord to raise up many intercessors who will pray regularly for the people of Sudan.

Pray for the dispersed Southern Christians as they have opportunities to share with their Muslim neighbors.

Pray for the salvation of Sudanese government officials.

Pray against the spirit of Islam that has kept the Sudanese Arabs bound for many generations.

Ask God to strengthen, encourage and protect the small number of Sudanese Arab believers.

Pray that fear of persecution from Islamic relatives will not hinder Sudanese Arabs as they consider the Gospel.

Pray that the Lord will raise up workers to go and minister among the Sudanese Arabs.

Pray that the Baggara people will be open to the message of Jesus Christ, and that God would reveal Himself through dreams and visions.

Pray that God will raise up many intercessors to pray for the Baggara, as it is promised that people from EVERY tribe will worship Him.

Pray for the two known Baggara believers as they travel into other villages to share the message of Christ. (protection and courage)

Pray that the Church will hear the call to love the Baggara, (a persecuting, Muslim people) with at least the same desperation and urgency as we feel for the many who are martyred for His name in the South. We must see as He sees.

Pray that the hearts of the Beja people will be open to the message of Jesus Christ and His forgiveness and salvation. 

Pray that many people will follow God's leadership to minister among the Beja people. 

Pray that God will raise up many intercessors to pray for the salvation of the Beja.. 

Pray for the work of translating portions of the Bible into the Beja language, Ta-Bedawie. 

Pray for those who are working to translate the Jesus film into Ta-Bedawie. 

Praise God for Ta-Bedawie audio cassettes containing Bible stories and pray that they will be readily available and well-received by the Beja.

Pray that the lost and suffering Dinka will be reached with the compassion of Christ.

Pray for Christian workers who will go and work among the Dinka. Pray for clear Biblical teaching for all Dinka, especially those who are in training as Christian leaders and evangelists. 

Pray that Dinka Christians will be willing to lead other Sudanese to Christ. Pray that the Sudanese government will be more lenient towards missionaries and other Christian workers.

Pray that the Bible, which has been translated into the Dinka language, will be readily available to the Dinka.

Pray that many Christian workers will go and share the Gospel with the Fur people.

Pray that as the Fur become increasingly religious in their practices, they will be dissatisfied with Islam and will seek and find the Truth of Jesus Christ.

Pray that God will raise up many intercessors to pray for this group that is so essential to reaching western Sudan.

Pray for the land of Sudan, which has faced war and economic turmoil for over a decade.

Pray for strength, encouragement and peace for the Christian laborers who are already working in Sudan.

Pray for the speedy development of Christian resources in the Fur language.

Pray for open doors for the workers currently among these people.

Pray for the many Jaaliyin University students as they will likely be the ones to shape the future of Sudan.

Pray for the salvation of Gen. Omar al-Bashir, the country's acting president, a Jaaliyin.

Praise God for His love for the Kabbabish and for giving Christian workers a burden for their salvation.

Pray that God will send forth Christian laborers to work among the Kabbabish in Sudan. Ask God to raise up intercessors who will be committed to praying for the salvation of the Kabbabish.

Since few Kabbabish can read, some consider the written word to be very powerful. Pray for Christian teachers who can share the power of the true Word, the Bible, and teach the Kabbabish to read it for themselves.

Pray that God will open the hearts of Sudan’s governmental leaders to the Gospel.

Ask God to raise up strong Kabbabish Christians who can share the Gospel with their family members.

Pray for a mighty outpouring of God’s Spirit among the Masalit people. 

Ask God to create a hunger for the Truth within the hearts of the Masalit people. 

Pray that God will speak to the Masalit through dreams, visions or any other method He desires. 

Pray for a strong witness and good Christian resources among the Masalit in their own language. 

Pray that God will save key Masalit leaders who will boldly declare the Gospel.

Pray that God will bless Nuba Christians with strength and boldness as they proclaim the Gospel to their friends, neighbors and family members.

Pray that those Nuba who are not Christian will have a deep hunger to know the Truth of Jesus Christ.

Pray that the Nuba people will turn to Christ for comfort and strength as they face persecution from other Sudanese groups.

Ask God to raise up many intercessors who are committed to praying for the Nuba people.

Pray that many people will respond to God's leadership to go and work among the Nuba people.

Pray for an end to Sudan's civil war, which has lasted over a decade and left many people persecuted, starving and homeless.  

Pray that as God opens this field, many workers will respond to God’s call to go to the Nubians.

Pray for the Nubians to remember their Christian heritage and desire once again for it to be their own.

Pray for the poets, musicians, authors, and other cultural leaders to be saved and lead their people to Christ.

Pray that God will send signs, miracles, dreams and visions to the Nubians revealing His Son as the only way to abundant and eternal life!

Pray that the Nuer will turn to the loving heavenly Father who can be their peace, refuge and strength during a difficult time of war. 

Pray for clear Biblical teaching for all Nuer, especially those who are in training as pastors, leaders and evangelists. 

Pray that Nuer Christians will have a strong desire to lead other Sudanese to Christ. 

Pray that many people will respond to God’s leadership to go as a Christian worker among the Nuer. 

Pray that God’s Spirit will move in a mighty way among the Rashaida. 

Ask God to place in the hearts of the Rashaida people a longing for His Truth. Pray that many churches and mission agencies will take up the challenge of reaching the Rashaida with the love of Christ. 

Pray for effective use of the Christian resources that are already available in the Rashaida language, and pray that any other resources needed will be quickly developed and readily available. 

Pray for strength, encouragement and protection for Christians who are already working among the Rashaida. 

Pray that the few Rashaida Christians will be a strong witness to their family, friends and neighbors. 

Pray for a mighty moving of God’s Spirit among the Zaghawa people.

Ask God to create a hunger within the hearts of the Zaghawa to know the Truth.

Pray that God will speak to the Zaghawa through dreams, visions or any other method He desires.

Pray for a strong witness and good Christian resources among the Zaghawa in their own language.

Pray that God will save key Zaghawa leaders who will boldly declare the Gospel.
