IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PERMANENT MISSIONS AND COMPANIES - PLEASE READ
The information on the following pages is offered for the general guidance of Member States and for companies involved in the oil for food programme. It is not an official document of the United Nations and is not meant to be a comprehensive guide. The information below should be cross referenced to various Security Council resolutions (SCR986, SCR1242, SCR 1284, SCR 1293 and the Memorandum of Understanding of 20 May 1996 between the United Nations Secretariat and the Government of Iraq).
Please note that the Office of the Iraq Programme is unable to respond to requests for information from companies or their representatives.
