The consistent implementation of the Dayton
Agreement should enable the refugees to return to their
former places of residence. That includes the return of
their occupied property, compensation for destroyed
property and the enjoyment of social rights.
The international humanitarian organizations
must have an objective insight in the amount of material
assistance for the current existence of the refugees who
are in Yugoslavia at the present moment.
The international community should assure the
necessary conditions for the assistance of the
reintegration of the persons who will remain in the FR of
Yugoslavia.
