Legal Protection

The Constitution of the FRY accepts and guarantees the human rights recognized by the international law (Article 10).

Yugoslavia has ratified numerous international treaties in the field of the protection of human rights, adopted under the auspices of the UN, the OSCE and the Council of Europe, and they became an integral part of its internal legal system.
