Condemns of the NATO aggression

Madrid, Paris, Thessalonika, Athens, Toronto, Vienna, Stockholm, Zurich, March, 29-30 (Tanjug - abridged) - Northatlantic Alliance aggression against Serbia and Yugoslavia has no legal legitimate, Spanish paper ''El Pais'' passes the estimation by Spanish Royal Academy for ethics and policy member Migel Herero de Minon.

Explaining the aggression against Serbia and Yugoslavia, Spanish academic relies on the UN Charter number 3314 article number 3 according to which the aggressor is the one who attacks a sovereign country intervening in its internal affairs openly.

Serbia did not attack a NATO member-country and there is no legal bases for such an operation, Herero de Minjon says.

NATO is making a big political and legal mistake by this aggression which could develop in a real catastrophe, Herero de Minjon says.


Thessalonika: More than 20 000 citizens of Thessalonika, Greece, once again demonstrated their support to the Yugoslav people condemning most sharply the insane act of the NATO aggression against a sovereign country.



Beginning from the early noon a great groups of citizens started to gather intending to demonstrate their opposing to the killings of the people in the friendly country of Yugoslavia.

The gathering was opened by Constatinos Papdopoulous, a first man of the regional leadership which was an organizer of a whole meeting.

After the meeting ended, about 500 people headed towards the USA consulate surrounded by the strong police forces. Police intervened and there was no great incidents. A new protests are announced to be held tomorrow.


Canada: Many demonstrations against the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia held every-day all over Canada continue and more and more people participate them.




Paris, March 29 (Tanjug - abridged) - About 50 French intellectuals, writers, artists, journalists and other public personalities, gathered in the new-made group ''say no to war'' condemning the aggression of NATO against Serbia and Yugoslavia and applying French people and Europeans oppose to the ''American war in Europe''.

The protest stresses that the alleged humanitarian reasons of the NATO attacks are a mask which cannot fool anyone and estimates the aggression to be unacceptable. The protestors ''appeal the French people and the, Europeans oppose the American war in Europe in every way possible and support the civilian population which is bombed''.

''An organization formed to be a defensive one is becoming in our very eyes an instrument of the American and weather aggression all over the world'', says the protest.




Vienna: More than 600 Serbs gathered on the main square of Vienna to protest the brutal aggression of NATO against Yugoslavia.

On the fifth day of the demonstrations in Vienna, protestors wore the Greek flags together with the Yugoslav and Serbian as well as many slogans saying ''We share the sufferings of our people'', ''Our country - we love you '', ''Long live Serbia'', ''Invisible F-117A -ha -ha -ha'' etc.

Yugoslav patriots shouted all night long the slogans such as ''We are going on Kosovo'', ''We won't let Kosovo'', ''Kosovo is Serbia'', ''We are ready to die for Serbia''…

A letter to the Austrian television station was sent from the protest meeting demanding from that television to stop supporting the genocide and crime of the NATO fascists against the Yugoslav people and FR Yugoslavia.


Stockholm: On the sixth day of the protests in Stockholm, anti-NATO demonstrations participated by Serbs, Greeks, Russians and Swedish were held and the agency Frans Press passes.



About 500 people gathered on the square in the center of the city to oppose the brutal aggression of NATO against Yugoslavia. Demonstrators waved with the Yugoslav flags and shouted anti-NATO slogans equalizing the American President Bill Clinton with Adolph Hitler.


Zurich, March 31 (Tanjug - abridged) - Serbian cultural union operating in Switzerland announces a proclamation informing the citizens who oppose the criminal aggression of NATO against Yugoslavia that the meetings will be held in that country each day until the bombardment stop.

Demonstrations against the brutal NATO aggression against Yugoslavia are held outside the American institutions all around Switzerland and the protestors are symbolically carrying the candles in their hands.
