Russian estimates on NATO losses in Yugoslavia

Moscow, April 2 (Tanjug - abridged) - Russian Army estimates that NATO lost more than 20 aircraft, helicopters and drones and reconnaissance drones since the beginning of the air strikes on the targets in Yugoslavia, reports Interfax.

According to Russian Armed Forces Headquarters sources, the Yugoslav anti-aircraft batteries downed 10 fighter aircraft, 3 helicopters and a number of drones.

Yugoslav anti-aircraft forces also downed 40 missiles launched from NATO ships stationed in the Adriatic.
