Kamenicki bridge in Novi Sad

Tonight, on April 3 1999. about 8 o'clock in the evening, the NATO forces suddendly struck again over the stricktly civilian targets.

This time NATO forces destroyed the Kamenicki bridge near the downtown of Novi Sad. It is assumed that there is a signifficant number of victimes, because in the time of the impact, there were pedestrians on this bridge.

Material damages are assumed to be huge.

Patiens with heart condition from Novi Sad now are unabled to recieve any kind of medical help considering this bridge was the only link to Kamenica, where the Cardiovascular Clinic is stationed.

Novi Sad, the capital of another serbian province Vojvodina ,is multiethnical and multinational center of the region, and its population consists of 26 different national communities.
