Aggressor`s main target are civilians

No place for any deceiving any more - Civilians of the present and future generation are the American target. Empty, glib and pathetic words of Clinton, Albright and Coen about "the most human" conflict "in the democratic history of humanity" in which special care is taken of protection of civilians, are roughly revealed since real ecological catastrophes threaten because of the pollution of air and land. Clinton calls it "our campaign advancing to the third level".

Insatiable NATO forces commander general Clark bombs industrial facilities throughout Yugoslavia, while chief of American Army Shelton announces that "in few days" new series of "heavy bombarding of selected groups of targets will start".

Shelton refused to identify these targets, but it is known that that list includes "additional economic and industrial facilities". The source from Pentagon openly admits that "attacks on these targets bear great risk of civilian victims and complete destruction of life conditions of common Yugoslavs". The same official adds that "these attacks will hinder the possibility for future official explanations that the target of bombarding is weakening of the Yugoslav Army and Police in Kosovo".

Sick ambitions of the NATO commander

Now, allegedly, with spreading of ecological horror they simultaneously "fall down four columns of power of Belgrade regimen": political structure, communication media, armed forces and economic system. Priority in the coming campaign is obviously given to destruction of the economic system without any care about lives of civilians.

Targets of NATO are being chosen by collaborators of general Clark in Brussels and in American bases in Germany and Italy, but only few people know that in Pentagon facilities targets are secretly planned by a group of anonymous experts in the Head-quarters, called "J-2T". The final list is verified by Clinton.

Taken by his sick ambitions and dreams about the victory, general Clark does not behave anymore like a soldier, planning to intoxicate Yugoslav people by uranium bombs and evaporates from destroyed petrol and chemical industries. The general orders to prevent any supply of fuel into Yugslav ports and he is angry because of the resistance of France in NATO Council.

France asks for the permission of the UN Security Council and considers that stopping of tankers with petrol would make greatest harm to inhabitants of Yugoslavia. But, the future of civilians does not bother neither the general nor Madeline Albright and her deputy Strobe Talbot, who yesterday evening, on TV here, repeated as parrots that the U.S.A. and its allies "will win that war", since they will lead it by means of bombarding "till the victory", in order to enable NATO troops to enter safely into the devastated country.

Being afraid that in such a devastated country they would face strong resistance of inhabitants and aware that the greater number of soldiers would go back from Yugoslavia to America in black plastic bags, Clinton's Administration tries to include as much horrible lies as possible about Serbian leaders, army and people in "the next level of the campaign".

Hawks with the face of vulture

Many professional fighters for protection of human rights do not hide their surprise for increasing wave of accusations of the present government stated against Yugoslav military and civilian government in Kosovo, as there is no any evidence for them.

These completely unclear photographs are officially interpreted in the team of military "analysts" working in the National Agency for forms and maps - not much known department of the Defense Secretariat. This mysterious "agency" is situated in Beheads, Maryland State.

We have not had to wait for a long time for the propaganda war to rise on the Clinton's "next level" - Yugoslavia was first accused that possesses great amounts of chemical weapon, biological was added as well. Today an absurd accusation appeared that the leadership of severely attacked state could start with "program of nuclear weapon" and make in Vinca, with already existing material, "two nuclear bombs on the principle of implosion" and one of "gun type", as already made in South Africa."

It is not important that these accusations are not supported by any evidence and that Yugoslavia is known as the state without nuclear weapon. However, Administration senior officials say that Vinca is not on the list on new "selected targets" and "even it would be hit accidentally, it would not be a catastrophe for civilians and environment.

Thus, according to Clinton's hawks with vulture face, the aggression on Yugoslavia rises to the "next level" of criminal against humanity. Genocide aggressor, in the figure of Clinton even dares to say publicly that he has nothing against Serbs! It is the culmination of the propaganda war against Serbia and Yugoslavia.
