In a kind of the special war against the civilian population, the aggressor has attacked the national system of the manufacture and distribution of the electrical power for several times. At first, the raids were carried out with the so-called graphite bombs and afterwards by the direct demolishing of the electrical plants, high power lines and transmitters and the global electricity net.

A global demolishing of the electrical power delivery throughout the whole country was caused for several times which led to the highly risky and dangerous consequences, different damages and ecological effects. Hospitals, waterworks, bakeries, traffics, houses and the industry were left without electricity. The entire nation became a victim of the complete humanitarian catastrophe.
