Vucic received the Publishing Agency "Bratstvo" delegation

Belgrade, December 20th - Serbian Minister of Information Aleksandar Vucic received today in Tanjug's International Press Center members of the Publishing Agency "Bratstvo" Administrative Board, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Bulgarian minority's publishing activity in FR Yugoslavia.

On congratulating significant jubilees - the 50th anniversary of the "Glas Bugara u Jugoslaviji" magazine, the first Bulgarian national newspaper, 40th anniversary of the "Bratstvo" magazine, and the "Bratstvo" Publishing Agency, Vucic expressed hope that the representatives of "Bratstvo" would continue their fruitful work in an even more successful manner, that they would inform the members of the Bulgarian national minority and other citizens in the south-east Serbia.

Pointing to the importance of printed texts regarding the joint life in Serbia, written by the members of Bulgarian nationality, Vucic expressed special gratitude for the support during the NATO aggression on FR Yugoslavia.

"You stood on the rampart of our country, and defended Serbia and Yugoslavia from the aggressor with the words of truth", said the minister and added that, due to "Bratstvo" magazine reports NATO aggressor failed to provoke international conflicts in this part of Serbia.

We have succeeded on a joint front in defending freedom, national independence, sovereignty of Serbia, stressed Vucic and added that the Serbian Government, in the budget draft for the next year, included the funding assigned to finance informing activity of national minorities, particularly of this agency.
