The middle-aged couple were driven to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, under tight security escort and held in an isolated section of the terminal until the plane was ready to leave. A third suspect was still in police custody when we went to press. The couple was of Somali origin but had acquired Australian passports. The three had allegedly booked rooms at the Fairview Hotel for other people using their documents.
