The victims, mostly women and children are sleeping in the open without clothing as all their property got burnt in the huts. Ms Jenty Akullo, 50, a widow and mother of eight said she had gone to look for food for her children only to find her hut burnt. She said she was more worried about her children's books that were burnt in the hut. The camp leader, Mr Emmanuel Ogweng, said a six-year-old child who was left to cook caused the fire outbreak.
