[allAfrica.com] Meles Zenawi Accountable for Huge Loss of Life in Eritrean-Ethiopian War, Says Head of German Non-Governmental Association Shabait.com (Asmara) NEWS November 16, 2005 Posted to the web November 16, 2005 Asmara Mr. Ulrich Delius, head of a German non-governmental association, said that Ethiopian Premier Meles Zenawi is accountable for the death of 100,000 persons in the Eritrean-Ethiopian war and not a 'symbol of peace and democracy in Africa.' The head of the "Society for Endangered People" further stated that Meles known for his stubborn stance is even now engaged in provocative acts of igniting another round of war against Eritrea. Mr. Ulrich Delius warned that the policy pursued by Meles Zenawi might soon give rise to fresh bloodbath in the Horn of Africa.
