The Ethiopian troops have departed from Mustahil and Feerfeer, settlements resided by Somalis under the Ethiopian administration, reaching Somali controlled villages in the fifth region of Ethiopia on Saturday, witnesses have told Shabelle by the phone. Sources say the Ethiopian forces would mediate between the two Somali tribes who skirmished and set on accumulating arms to restart their fight. At least 20 people were killed and dozens more were wounded in the tribal war in the region after the fighting has been continuing for the past two days. Several hundreds of pastoralists and herders have fled the two villages. =============================================================================== Copyright © 2007 Shabelle Media Network.
