After
three days of the week-long rally and confrontation tens of thousands
of supporters of Georgian opposition have virtually seized the
parliament building and blockaded the building of president's State
Chancellery. The opposition leaders declared the «Velvet Revolution»
and the removal of President Shevardnadze from his post.
