The constitution of the Serbian Assembly was finalized with the formation of 23 parliamentary committees.
The decision on the constitution of the committees is made by the Serbian Assembly deputies, while the makeup of the parliamentary committees is proposed by the parliamentary groupings, proportionately to the number of their mandates. Each committee is headed by a chairman and his/hers deputy.
After the last parliamentary elections in the Republic of Serbia, the parliamentary groupings agreed to form the following committees:
